Police were investigating the brutal killing of man whose body was found with multiple stab wounds in his residence in Baliwasan Seaside at dawn Saturday.
A police report said that Julia Rubio has reported that her brother identified as Rolando Rubio was found dead in his house around 3 a.m.
Rolando’s body bore multiple stab wounds, police said.
Investigators said while Rubio was sleeping in their house, an unidentified man broke in and stabbed him several times.
Meanwhile, Napoleon San Luis, a tricycle driver, was reported to have been missing since Friday night.
A police report disclosed that San Luis left home and went driving his tricycle.
Last Saturday morning, the tricycle was found abandoned in the middle of the road in Baliwasan, but San Luis was nowhere to be found.
Relatives said they suspect that San Luis had a misunderstanding with some of his customers as he is selling aquarium fish. — Dan Toribio Jr.
