LTO-9 bares 3 major thrusts |

The Land Transportation Office-9 has bared its three major thrusts for this year which are for the 100 percent completion of its computerization program in its provincial and district offices, delivery of E-Patrol van for the community outreach licensing and registration program, and the strengthened and sustained implementation of RA 8749, otherwise known as the Clean Air Act and RA 8750 otherwise known as seatbelt law.
