Convicted child rapist and former Zamboanga del Norte congressman Romeo Jalosjos, who was brought back to the New Bilibid Prisons (NBP) in Muntinlupa City Friday night, was temporarily confined at the prison hospital after he complained of persistent cough and chest pains.
