MANILA, Philippines -- Bureau of Corrections officials are set to appear at the Department of Justice on Tuesday to explain their roles in the escape of convicted child rapist Romeo Jalosjos from the New Bilibid Prison and the issuance of his release order that was not officially handed down by the BuCor.
