A restaurant in Pasonanca has been violating with impunity the 5-meter setback imposed by City Hall on all newly-built establishments that was set up since last year. And worst, using the park as his domain in the parking of vehicles that goes to his resto bar. I don’t know if the barangay of Pasonanca is aware of this malpractice. Anyway, the best thing for the barangay council of Pasonanca to do is to stop this irregularity and for the city government to let the owner of the establishment follow the law. Otherwise, apply the full force of the law.
