Zamboanga City bags overall champion in ZPRAA 2008 meet |

Zamboanga City team has emerged as overall champion in the recently concluded Zamboanga Peninsula Regional Athletic Association (ZPRAA) meet which was participated in by eight schools divisions all over region IX, including Isabela City of Basilan province. Both elementary and high school players from Zamboanga City managed to haul medals and trophies in individual and group events. In the elementary level, Zamboanga del Norte got second and third place went to Zamboanga Sibugay. But in the secondary level, Zamboanga Sibugay got second and Zamboanga del Norte landed third place. The ZPRAA '08 meet was held here with the Zaqmboanga del Norte schools division as host. (PIA-ZN)
